Two post in two days? Yes, I've gone crazy-go-nuts! This post unlike my last one has some meaning. I was surfing other peoples blog sites when I came across the most annoying thing ever.

Yeah, so she's totally insane. She stated that she "believes in equality for all people." Hey that's fine and dandy and a nice concept. However, I don't want my kids (when I have kids) to go to school and be forced to learn about "gay sex" because we should recognize they are equal.

Homosexual marriage is not a religion issue. It's a society issue. Ask any sociologist how to destroy a culture and they'll tell you to destroy their institutions. The family is the central institution to ANY society. Tamper with it, change it, make it worthless and guess what, the society becomes worthless as well.

The whole uproar about George W. Bush and his standing up for marriage and standing up for unborn babies assuredly does not infringe on your right to free exercise. If you're shaking your head, perhaps I should state that your wanting the government to condone homosexual marriage and partial birth abortion would be forcing your beliefs on me! If you think about it, and you don't even have to think all that hard, BUT we can have all the laws in the world made and it will NOT change what people do. If we were to outlaw guns, criminals will STILL find a way to get guns. If we were to have abortion become illegal, women (if they felt that deeply about it.) will still find a way to abort that child. The change comes within our own hearts, not in the law, not in the President, but within us and within our own hearts! It's about morals.

Ask yourself this, how long can a society last when morals crumble?

With that being said, she also stated that "(she) believes in God, and (she) also believes that (she) should keep it to herself and never, ever ask anyone else to believe what (she) believes;" that she "is grateful that she can make her own decisions about God, and that you can do so as well."

I'm glad she believes in God. That's awesome, but she wrote that she will "Keep it to herself" That's ridiculous. That's like getting a tennis court and not having anyone to play with. You've got everything you need, but nobody to share it with. It's basically useless.
So all I need to say about that is:

The Great Commission

Matthew 28:16-20
Then the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go. When they saw him, they worshiped him; but some doubted. Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."

That's all. I'm done. No more ranting for now. Liberals frustrate me.

Matthew 6:5-6: "And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men....when thou prayest, enter into thy closet and when thou has shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret...."

Jesus....decries giving alms openly, praying in public...Jesus points out that if it is human acclaim that is wanted, then...that is all the reward that is likely to come."

Mark 6:46: "And when he had sent them away, he departed into a mountain to pray."
Matthew 14:23: "And when he had sent the multitudes away, he went up into a mountain apart to pray: and when the evening was come, he was there alone." (KJV)
Luke 9:18: "And it came to pass, as he was alone praying, his disciples were with him..."
John 6:15: "...he departed again into a mountain himself alone."

Matthew 14:23: Jesus went up on the mountain by himself to pray.
Matthew 26:36-44: Jesus went with three disciples, left them behind and went further to pray alone. This is the well known passage in which his disciples fell asleep at Gethsemane, just before Jesus' arrest and execution.
Mark 1:35: Jesus is went to a solitary place to pray.
Luke 3:21: This passage describes how Jesus was baptized and was in prayer when the Holy Ghost descended. Unfortunately, this passage does not describe how and where Jesus was praying.
Luke 5:16: Jesus is described as often going to lonely places to pray by himself
Luke 6:12: Jesus withdrew to a mountainside to pray. Verse 13 implies that he was alone at the time.
Luke 9:19: Jesus was praying alone, with his disciples in the vicinity.
Luke 22:41-43: Jesus withdrew from his disciples "about a stone's throw" to pray by himself.
John 16, 17: These chapters are ambiguous about the circumstances of Jesus' prayer just before his arrest. He first talked to his disciples; then he prayed, then he went with his disciples across the Kidron valley. It is not clear where the disciples were situated when Jesus prayed. But if he was consistent with the pattern described in other passages, he would have left the disciples behind, and prayed in private.

And finally, look carefully at who you've decided to follow:

Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing." (Mt.7: 15)"Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them. Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity."
The Lord said in verse 20 of Matthew 7 that we would know them by their fruits. What are these fruits? Galatians 5:22-24 defines them as being the fruit of the Spirit. "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts."

From the early Church to today heresy has been expanded into many areas, not just regarding the person of Christ. Heresy disguises itself as God’s truth and oftentimes counterfeits are dressed up very well, sometimes seemingly more so than the truth. By this disguise they can walk into a Church and woo the people whose attention is on its appearance and not the content. We need to remember Satan tried to trick Jesus not by destroying truth, but by distorting it. He used the word of God but it was out of context and it was made to produce a wrong motive.

The Holy Spirit was not owned or controlled by the apostles to sell or dispense. Many today have fallen into the same trap of thinking that if they pay someone who acts like an apostle, by sitting under their anointing and are trained, or buy certain tapes they will receive the same anointing. In the end all one loses is their money and all they gain is a false view.

False teachers in Isa.8:2, false prophets in Deut.13 and 18. Jesus warns of false prophets and teachers in Mt.7:15, Mt.24:23-24; Mk.13:6,21-22. we are warned by Paul in 2 Cor. 1:14, 2 Cor. 4:1-5. and Gal.1:8-9, Col.2:8, 2 Thess. 2, 1 Tim.1:3-4,4:1-2. By Peter in 1 Pt.5:8-9,2 Pt.2:1-3. By John 1 Jn.2:18-23, Rev.2:2, By Jude 4,10-11,16-17 this is not a small subject in the NT

False teachers and prophets are brought into the homes of many Christians today By radio, TV, music and literature, without any scrutiny. They are famous, but for what cause?

How can we know them unless we judge their Jesus, their spirit, and their gospel by the Word of God? Paul called such preachers "false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ" (2 Cor. 11: 13). He explains in vs. 14-15 that these preachers are the ministers of Satan Paul says they transform themselves to look like they do. They appear to have Spiritual authority JUST LIKE the Apostles. How? By divine "revelations" and miracles.

That's my rant for now, study the Bible a bit more, the real Bible...not the re-written born again Bible.

Since you seem to know the Bible so much.

All sins are *equal*.

This means remarriage (if not caused by the death of a spouse) is a sin just as great as being gay.

You follow me? So, please. Let's quit being hypocrites, all right? How about you go out and picket fence in front of the courts against divorce and remarriage? Since you like to preach so much, this would be a good exercise, wouldn't it?

Why are you not taking on this issue head-on like the Bible does? Show your kids what is right, hmm? Or maybe that you are around too many divorced church-goers to open your mouth?

I thought so.

"It's about morals"
Really?? Where will your morals be when you are drafted to Iraq, a gun strapped top your back and are told to kill those innocent people?
Nah, forget about waiting to see, here is a direct link for you to enlist, since you support George Bush and his Moral War so much. C'mon, be a soldier.

It's pretty funny that he posted saying gay marriage or abortion isn't a religion issue and everyone bust out their Bibles. Talk about hypocracy. No kidding sin is equal, but he wasn't talking religion on the point of homosexual marriage or abortion. And when did praying and speading the Word of Christ become the same thing? As far as I know, it's pretty different. Are libs stupid or can they just not read?

Thanks to everyone for your opinions. I won't delete them like most liberals would. Mainly because I believe in freedom of speech, I want your views to be expressed and I'm not a communist. However, you are responsible for making yourself look like a fool.
